Terms & conditions

1.1. The Le Birdie membership is a monthly service contract between you and 9518-3539 Québec inc. ("Le Birdie"), giving you a number of simulator hours per month based on your plan: Early Birdie (10 h, off-peak slots), L'essentiel (8 h), Le Birdie+ (12 h) or Passionné (20 h).

1.2. Included hours are valid at all open Le Birdie locations (Rosemont, Sud-Ouest, and new locations as they open).

1.3. The membership is tied to your personal account. Included hours are not transferable to another person, but you can play accompanied: a bay reservation covers up to 4 players, including you.

2.1. Included hours renew on each monthly renewal date of your membership.

2.2. Unused hours roll over to the following month only (maximum one month of rollover). To activate the rollover, a message must be sent to info@lebirdie.golf before the renewal date of the month concerned. Rolled-over hours are neither redeemable for cash nor refundable.

2.3. Early Birdie: included hours are valid only Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and every night from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. A reservation outside these slots is charged at the current rate, with the member discount applicable to off-peak slots only.

3.1. Beyond your included hours, the member discount applies to the rate in effect at the time of booking: 15% (Early Birdie, off-peak slots; L'essentiel, anytime), 20% (Le Birdie+), 25% (Passionné).

4.1. The standard membership carries a commitment of 12 paid months, cancellable at any time under section 8.1 (penalty of 10% of the total price). The no-commitment option, where offered, is at the monthly price plus 15% and ends upon simple notice before the renewal date, without penalty.

4.2. The monthly price is locked for the duration of the commitment (12 months). Any price change after this period will be announced in writing at least 30 days in advance.

5.1. Every membership includes the option to pause the plan for up to 3 months per year, only between May 15 and September 15.

5.2. The pause must be requested in writing (email or message via the app) at least 3 days before the renewal date of the month in question. It takes effect on the scheduled renewal date and is counted in full months.

5.3. During the pause: no billing, no included hours, no member discount. Your locked price and league registration priority are maintained.

5.4. Paused months extend the commitment accordingly: a 12-month commitment means 12 billed months.

6.1. The monthly price is automatically charged to the card on file at the start of each cycle. Applicable taxes are added.

6.2. If a payment fails, Le Birdie retries the charge within 24 hours. After two failed attempts, access to included hours and discounts is suspended until the account is settled.

7.1. Reservations are made through the app or the website. The reservation cancellation rules displayed at the time of booking apply to members as to all other customers.

7.2. Our locations are self-service. The member is responsible for the access code tied to their account, for their guests, and for the condition of the bay used. Any dangerous behaviour, intentional damage or repeated access sharing may result in suspension or termination of the membership, without refund of amounts owed for services already rendered.

8.1. By you, at any time: you may cancel your membership at any time by written notice (email or message via the app), in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. If you cancel before the end of your commitment, you pay: a) the months of service already elapsed at your plan's monthly price, and b) a cancellation penalty of 10% of the total commitment price (12 times the monthly price). Example: for L'essentiel at $279/month, the maximum penalty is $334.80 plus taxes. Cancellation takes effect on the date the notice is received; no included hours are credited for the current month.

8.2. The no-commitment option (+15%) ends upon simple notice before the renewal date, without any penalty.

8.3. By Le Birdie: for non-payment (section 6) or serious breach of the rules (section 7), with written notice.

9.1. Le Birdie may modify opening hours or equipment, or temporarily close a location for maintenance or force majeure. If a location is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days, unusable included hours are credited pro rata.

9.2. Your account and payment information is handled according to our privacy policy (lebirdie.golf).

9.3. This contract is governed by the laws of Quebec.
