Terms & conditions

1.1. Le Birdie offers two formulas with no included hours: the Birdie Card and the Birdie Card VIP.

1.2. The cards are valid at all open Le Birdie locations: Rosemont, Sud-Ouest and Bromont, then Sherbrooke when it opens. The full bay covers up to 4 players.

1.3. The card is tied to your personal account and is not transferable to another person.

2.1. Off-peak hours: every day from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m., and Monday to Friday until 3 p.m.

3.1. Birdie Card: $25 an hour, $15 an hour off-peak. Birdie Card VIP: $19 an hour, $15 an hour off-peak.

3.2. The cards cannot be combined with pass credits.

3.3. The price is that of the start time of the booking.

4.1. No commitment. Cards are valid for 30 days, with no automatic renewal.

4.2. Any price increase will be announced in writing at least 30 days in advance.

5.1. The card is paid once, at the time of purchase. There is no automatic charge: the card ends after 30 days and does not renew. Applicable taxes are added.

5.2. If a payment fails at purchase, Le Birdie retries the charge within 24 hours. After two failed attempts, the card is cancelled and no amount is owed.

6.1. Reservations are made through the app or the website. The reservation cancellation rules displayed at the time of booking apply to members as to all other customers.

6.2. Our locations are self-service. The member is responsible for the access code tied to their account, for their guests, and for the condition of the bay used. Any dangerous behaviour, intentional damage or repeated access sharing may result in suspension or cancellation of the card, without refund of amounts owed for services already rendered.

7.1. No cancellation is needed for the cards: they end after 30 days. The current period is not refunded.

7.2. By Le Birdie: for non-payment (section 5) or serious breach of the rules (section 6), with written notice.

8.1. Le Birdie may modify opening hours or equipment, or temporarily close a location for maintenance or force majeure. If a location is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days, the validity of your card is extended pro rata for the closure.

8.2. Your account and payment information is handled according to our privacy policy (lebirdie.golf).

8.3. This contract is governed by the laws of Quebec.
