📍 Before you leave home: turn on location services for the Le Birdie app on your phone. Without it, "Unlock Doors" won't work.

Open the Le Birdie app
10 minutes before your reservation, the "Unlock Doors" button appears in the app, with two key icons.

First key — building door
Enter through the front door of the building — if it doesn't open, it's the other door just to the right. The first key unlocks it.

Second key — suite 308
Once inside, head up to suite 308 — the second key unlocks it.
Good to know
Only the person named on the reservation can unlock the doors. Something's not working? Message us in the app chat — we answer fast, day and night.
