Is there a commitment?
No. Each card is valid for 30 days and does not renew automatically. You buy it again whenever you want.
Which card should I pick?
The Birdie Card pays off from 3 hours a month. If you play 12 hours or more, the Birdie Card VIP costs you less. You can pick the other card at your next purchase.
What are off-peak hours?
Every day from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m., and Monday to Friday until 3 p.m. With both cards, your hour is $15 then.
My booking spans two time slots. Which price applies?
The start time of your booking sets the price.
Can I play with friends?
Yes: your card's price applies to the full bay, up to 4 players, you included.
Which locations is it valid at?
All our open locations: Rosemont, Sud-Ouest and Bromont, then Sherbrooke as soon as it opens.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel: the card ends after 30 days.
I already have an Early Birdie, Essential, Le Birdie+ or Enthusiast membership. What changes?
You keep your plan at the same price, now with no commitment, or you move to a card whenever you want. These plans are no longer offered to new members.
What about my pass credits?
They stay valid and never expire. They cannot be combined with a card: use your credits first, then get your card.
