Three essentials
The app is required
The entire visit runs through the Le Birdie app: unlocking the front door, accessing your station and starting your session. Without the app installed and signed in to your account, you can't get in.
Guests can't unlock the door
Only the person who made the booking can unlock the doors with their app. You're responsible for letting your guests in — be on site before them.
No changes or cancellations within 6 hours
You can change or cancel for free up to 6 hours before your booking. After that, the session is non-refundable and can't be modified.

You'll get a confirmation email. Make sure you've installed the Le Birdie app and signed in with the same email as your booking — that's what gives you door access on the day.
