Guests can't unlock the door
Only the person who made the booking can unlock the doors with their app. You're responsible for letting your guests in — be on site before them.
No changes or cancellations within 6 hours
You can change or cancel for free up to 6 hours before your booking. After that, the session is non-refundable and can't be modified.

You'll get a confirmation email. Make sure you've installed the Le Birdie app and signed in with the same email as your booking — that's what gives you door access on the day.
