Two essentials
The app is required
The entire visit runs through the Le Birdie app: unlocking the front door, accessing your station and starting your session. Without the app installed and signed in to your account, you can't get in.
Your guests can have their own access
Your guests can unlock the doors themselves: they download the Le Birdie app and create an account, you add them as guests to your booking with the email tied to their account, and they get key access for that time slot.
Cancellation: up to 3 hours before
You can cancel or change for free up to 3 hours before your booking starts, in the app. Within 3 hours, or if you don't show up: no refund. A booking made less than 3 hours ahead is final. Booking mistake? Message us within 15 minutes of purchase and we'll fix it at no charge.
